Today's Creative Pursuits I've got a pair of jeans that had developed a hole in the pocket due to keeping my Burt's Bees in there all the time (the rough edge wore down the fabric). So I sewed a patch over it today. It's the first time I've sewn a patch on anything.
Also, some Exalted fanart, cause I said I was going to.
That's my character, Ambresia, having her hair played with by Meercal, the crazy Little God. She thinks he's funny--despite being a superpowerful demi-god in the making, she does also happen to be a 15-year-old girl after all. XD Ambresia and Hunter (Chris' character) are the only two in the party who don't find Meercal supremely annoying.
Also, I've been watching the DVD of 'The 10th Kingdom' pretty much since I got home (at 1:30). It astounds me the amount of stuff that got cut from the VHS version (oh hey, here comes another one now. "Prearranged acts of bravery"! XD). Especially all the extra stuff with Wolf. Iamallasquee.
ETA: Oh wow. In the Kissing-Town bit where they're talking about the money and he says, "I didn't spend it on food, I spent it on you"? I just got how that line might kind of be significant--in the way of, y'know, his character development n'stuff. And how many times have I watched this, again? o_O
